I agree that all men are evil without God.

I also think that all men are evil WITH God.

Don't get me wrong. I believe in the power of God in Jesus Christ and that we are saved by grace alone, but we will be evil in the flesh until God brings us home.

What I was referring to was the false religion of Islam. It seems to perpetuate the evil in men's hearts, not soften it.
