What goes around comes around. Let’s just hope the Illinois GOP has learned their lesson and it doesn’t come around again.

Would the last remaining honest Democratic politician (if there are any), please stand up. Or better yet, would the last remaining politician stand up.

Of course, the MSM and liberal NEVER rejoice when a GOP'er get's caught...right Larry?
Blago is being handled with kid gloves compared to what it would be if he were a Republican. They would be building and old west type gallows in the town square.

Of course we are! When the corrupt and evil get what’s coming to them, are we not to be overjoyed?

If they decide to have a Special Election for Obama’s vacant seat, will a REPUBLICAN candidate be eligible to run for the seat?

Gleeful?! Im fn giddy!
I see a GOP campaign slogan - VOTE DEMOCRAT, Party of Corruption. Oh that's right the GOP wants to take the high road - very successful strategy isn't it.

No sh*t Shakespeare, and what gave you the first clue?
The BIB smile on our faces? Our rubbing our palms together as we say: "ALRIGHT!"? Or maybe our pulling out our most treasured and expensive adult beverage and toasting this heaven-sent DemoRat, scandal, which no matter how hard the MSM tries to defend and isolate DEAR LEADER, it is inconceivable that he or his sycophant corrupt, Chicago-trained, handlers, are blameless in some manner or another.

Rush just mambled on about “What has Blago done? Has he even committed a crime?”
Rush is smart enough to know better. It’s illegal to CONSPIRE to commit a crime, just as it is illegal to commit the crime itself. Yesterdays arrest was based on 76 pages showing probably cause that Blago engaged in criminal conspiracy.
Maybe some of Rush’s people ought to explain this so he doesn’t sound stupid.

Well in all fairness, I was actually rubbing my hands together with glee. Jeepers...my secret vast right-wing conspiracy memo said to gleefully run up & down my street wearing tinsel in my hair with Christmas lights flashing. Didn't all conservatives get the same memo? Oops.

U.S. conservatives rubbed their hands with glee on Wednesday over news that the Democratic governor of Illinois has been accused of attempting to sell the U.S. Senate seat of President-elect Barack Obama.A corrupt bastard is a corrupt bastard.
If it were revealed that Gov. Palin was doing the sort of crap that Blaggie is accused of, I'd feel the same way and hope for the same result.
A corrupt Dem or Repub is a threat.
I'd say the same about Libertarians, but... come on... they aren't powerful enough to do much of anything (write an angry OpEd?), yet.

Im sorry but that is not exactly what Fitzgerald said and the way he used the word “yet”, this isn’t over either.
