Arrest Fuels Anti-Obama Crowd There's nothing like a little Guilt-by-Association Red Meat to bring the anti-Obama crowd back to the comment boards. Hundreds of posts have found their way to various articles on washingtonpost.com and elsewhere about the dramatic arrest yesterday of Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich for, among other things, allegedly trying to sell the Senate seat vacated by President-elect Obama.

Unlike the leftwing whackos connection of Cheney to Halliburton.

Not interested in “guilt by association”.

Damn interested in “guilt”.

Peter Fitzgerald has proven he will seek out the corruption where ever it happens, now the investigation will tell whether this leads to Obama or elsewhere.

Let’s show our faith in the rule of law and not prejudge, let the investigation provide the proof in the months ahead.

Well....I see even obscure news people have been called up to defend their little pretender.

They can try to deflect all blame....but unfortunately, this stuff is gonna be sticking more and more to their guy.

Soon, pebo will be known as the “thug president”.

Damn straight! Where there's smoke there's fire. Like everyone's shocked now about Chicago politics. Like no one knew this went on.

They're trying to say because the gov. called 0bama a motherf**ker, it clears 0bama. Yeah, right. He's pissed because 0bama's going back on his word. He doesn't understand why 0bama's suddenly not playing. The feds had better reveal everything. 0bama's as dirty as the gov. Anyone coming up through that machine is dirty. They all play that way.

“Obama was in this corrupt mixture up to his eyeballs.”

SO IS THE WASHINGTON POST AND THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE!! Both started trying to distance Obama from Blago in articles right when the wiretaps were started, the Tribune was involved and the O team was tipped off in time to remove Valerie Jarrett from consideration.

Curious, isn’t it?

How easy is must be to be a journalist in this day of the internet and message boards.

Obviously, writer's block and lack of story lines must be a thing of the past.

Just scour the internet message boards, liberal ones or conservative ones - depending on the slant you wish to use in your story - and blammo...instant material.

It's the age of "cut and paste" journalism. These lazy excuses for "journalists" now have more time to attend liberal causes rallies and hang picture of obama in their bathrooms...er...for inspiration you know...they just "love" him.

Anyway, we're seeing more and more news articles with quotes from "message boards". Many of these stories are taking "opinions" from message boards and then spinning it in their stories like it represents the whole political party.

Much of the "4th estate" has been occupied by the low rent of our society, each with his/her own political and personal agenda.

There's nothing like a little Guilt-by-Association

Oh, really? Tell me, does Barry Obama have ANY normal, nice, pleasant friends AT ALL? I can't say that I've seen any signs of them, and we've all been looking pretty hard.

All the way back to his childhood Commie-Pervert associate, Frank Marshall Davis, he doesn't seem to have a single normal friend. At least not that the press has ever mentioned. Instead they've spent the past year hiding all his friends and throwing them under the bus if they stick out too far.

It seems as if he has had NOTHING but guilty associates, his whole life long.

Oh, I hear that his good pal and political associate Odinga the church burner is coming to celebrate his inauguration. More guilt by association? Exactly who is responsible for gathering all these despicable associates?

Here’s the question, when and by who Team 0 tipped off, and it appears began working with the Feds?

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2146019/posts?page=112#112

11/13/08 Durbin asks Blago for a meeting, voices Duckworth as a favorite.

Jarrett pulls name from senate appointment list, opts for cabinet post.

“After several pages of detailing those machinations, the criminal complaint takes an abrupt turn, describing NO WIRETAPS for a period of THREE WEEKS. The complaint says Blagojevich had “numerous conversations” about the Senate seat during that period, but it doesn’t detail any.”

11/14/08 0 announces senate seat resignation, and distances himself from Blago, courtesy of the WaPO. Resignation meant to ratchet up the pressure on Gov. Rod Blagojevich “to name a successor more quickly than planned.”
