“Some of the leading scientists are now saying we may have as little as 10 years before we cross a kind of point-of-no-return, beyond which it’s much more difficult to save the habitability of the planet in the future,” Gore says.

Gee—I thought ten years ago we only had 10 years to do something about it?

In my book, something “past the point-of-no-return means just that. There is no way you can return. so this Gore statement is a bunch of gobble de gook.

Gore needs many sessions with Dr. Phil

ah yes but the US government has just produced a trillion dollars for the needy....and for months Algore and the greenies had to keep their mouths shut because temperatures were (and are)dropping..hence we now hear not global warming ,but climate change.....the US citizen was caught with high gas prices, high heating bills approaching, and the last thing they were going to hear is "give us what money you can to fight climate change"..Algore was way down on the list....but now with a lib president with a huge wallet (our taxes)and gas prices way down.....up he pops like the clown he is out of that annoying noisy little hole with open palms and more lies, to pad his own wallet with tax money.(ours). Really not surprising

I assume Al drove to Chicago in his hybrid car.
Or perhaps he flew there on a commercial airline.
Yes, I'm SURE he did that, knowing that he'd be greatly contributing to the problem if he flew on a private jet. </sarcasm>

I saw Hannity interview these 2 Global Warming ditzes last year. They were part of Leo DiCaprio's GW organization and were all starry eyed over his message about how we all need to cut back, drive less, buy hybrids, etc.

When Hannity asked if Leo flies commercial airlines when he goes ALL OVER THE WORLD delivering his global warming message, one of these chicks went BALLISTIC! She transformed into a shrieking ninny when he pointed out DiCaprio's absolute hypocrisy and how the message is getting IGNORED because of his hypocrisy in using a private jet. The other woman at least “got it” and managed to stay calm and at least was bearable to listen to, even though her message was pure idiocy.

Why should I drive around town in an overprice, teeny tiny hybrid when those dumba$$es won't even give up their private jets? Until I see them regularly riding in something tiny and uncomfortable, they just as well STFU.
