Why do so many people fall back on this whole “Supreme Court is scared/stupid/timid” line of reasoning? Sure, they sometimes hold off on making decisions longer than certain people would like by using comcepts such as Standing and Ripeness, but does anyone actually think that they are a bunch of cowering idiots? Admittedly, we see cases like Kelo and question the wisdom and dedication to the Constitution. But then we get one like Heller that we applaud. But lest we forget that they did sit down in 2000 and make the right decision in Bush vs. Gore, and despite what so many people think, they really don’t give a crap about what kind of coverage they get in the press or by the general public. That is why the ultimate backstop is appointed for life... no pressure by the President, the media or the rest of the huddled masses.
Here's soemthign to ponder: if the SCOTUS is going to send Leo's case back to NJ with stipulation that the election board properly confrim eligibility, the reaction will be volatile by those prone to lawlessness ... little acorn bastards mostly. Several things must be prepared for such eventuality so we may not even be ready to learn that fact on Monday or Tuesday. Just a thought to warm your cockles.

And don’t expect any MSM outlet to seriously cover this until a court MAKES Obama provide his birth certificate. It will give them a good reason to defend him.

Yep. I know you've seen the list posted here of all of Obama's sealed or inaccessible records. That, in itself, is enough to give any objective person reason for probable cause.
No President that I know of has ever locked down every record he has control of before he even stepped foot in the White House. No one does such a thing if they're clean.
Obama is dirty. There's no question about it.

Possible but unlikely. His mother may not have known who the father was but Obama Sr. was the one she married and there would have been absolutely no reason to put anyone but him on the birth certificate.
He is also a wicked man, as his actions defending the slaughter method called induced labor abortion proved while in the Illinois Senate. You have to be particulary dead soul wicked to defend Roe v Wade by protecting the killing of newly born alive struggling children, and mostly black children in Southside Chicago abortuaries (induced labor abortion if you want to look it up on the Net).
If that's their position, then they are utterly tuned out to their listeners, and an enormous segment of the population.
If that's their position, then they cannot be rightfully called patriots, because for a patriotic American who is actually informed on this issue, it doesn't matter what the court will, or will not do. The Constitution and government's adherence to it, is what matters.
Not only that, if that's their position, it's a cop out, and devoid of any journalistic integrity. This is the most serious issue since 9/11.
Back when "Operation Chaos" was in full swing, and we were posting pictures of Hillary with a house on top of her, I didn't know a thing about Obama, and hadn't paid much attention to him.
I remember that one of the first things I found out about him was his support of late term abortion, or infant murder, as it's more commonly known in sane red states.
What was particularly gruesome, was that he supported a measure that would have compelled doctors and medical staff to give NO assistance to an infant who miraculously survived this horror, which in effect would be allowing them to die of attempted murder.

He said that the Constitution forbids her from taking the office, even if she takes the lower pay before the vote to raise it. That there are no exceptions or ways around it in the Constitution..that is it black letter law, not wiggle room
