I don’t believe he’s carried here. I’ve seen him on H&C a couple of times though.

If he is talking about it and I can find him I will. Do you know if he is he on Sirius?

“Basically, we are at the point where the guy could produce a completely legitimate birth certificate, and the same group of people who don’t believe he’s a US citizen will still believe he’s not a US citizen.”

What a pile of caribou droppings. Anyone who argues that a reason for Obama to not provide Americans with a legitimate birth certificate is because some won’t believe it anyway is grasping into the bottom of the “lame excuses” pile.

Let’s say I decide to hire someone to work for my company. I tell that person that before I hire him or her that I need to be shown a legitimate birth certificate. They tell me, “well, if I showed you my birth certificate you wouldn’t believe me anyhow, so therefore I’m not going to show you my birth certificate”. Can you guess what I’d say to that arrogant and immature s.o.b. as I ripped up his employment application? I bet most of you can, but some here think I should have given him the job anyhow.

Cunningham took over for Drudge on Sunday nights. It should be mostly the same stations that Drudge had.

When it comes down to it, the major Conservative radio personalities really care about one thing... themselves and they bank accounts.

By jumping on the birth certificate bandwagon, they chance being held up to public ridicule if (or when) Obama whips out the COLB and ends this once and for all. Indeed, given the past behavior of the Democrats, their utter lack of honor and their proven cunning, it wouldn’t be beyond them to HAVE a real COLB in their possession, which they’re withholding solely in the hope that Rush, Sean, Etc. jump on the bandwagon, just so they can attack them for being “right wing maniacs” - and thus disqualify anything and everything they say for the next four years (which, in this case, will seem like 100).

This isn’t to excuse our guys for ignoring the story. All it proves to me is that they care more about money and themselves about what’s right and wrong. I can’t say I’m very surprised.

“themselves and they bank accounts.” should be “themselves and THEIR bank accounts” — sorry, it’s past my bed-time :-).

No doubt about it, particularly if he gave you a URL to look it up yourself.

Yea, can you imagine how that would play out if the feds busted a business owner for hiring an illegal alien? I’m sure the judge would throw the case out if I just explained that the person I hired didn’t provide me with the required legal documentation, but he did give me a website address.

Obama couldn’t get a job from any law abiding company if he wouldn’t or couldn’t provide them legal documentation. And yet he’s shining his inaugural shoes while some Americans sit on the sidelines and hold their noses knowing that there’s crap on those shoes, but if they put a tight enough clothespin on their nose, they can manage to ignore it.

and the pain I’m feeling now is the future pain when muslim leaders continue to make demands on this presumptive nutjob demanding he “return to his faith” as they are just recently but even more so,demands for his head.he is plainly endangering the security of the United States just even THINKING he could possibly hold the office of POTUS.

Uh, that's not quite the case. It's NOT a “Certificate of Live Birth”, but a “CERTIFICATION of Live Birth”, and even the State of Hawaii won't accept it for all legal identification. Basically all it does is state he was born. Any other info on it could be hearsay.

Well we “ain’t” getting much help from conservative talk radio either.

Well, Bill Cunningham, conservative talker on WBAP in Dallas talked about it tonight, and expressed the view that there is sufficient cause for the American people to ask Obama to provide proof of his Natural Born Citizen status. He also mentioned the Berg and Donofrio cases at the SC, but didn't get into much detail about them.

He took about five minutes to rant on the subject when a caller brought it up to him. He also tore the rest of talk radio for remaining silent on the issue, and blasted the MSM for starting a misinformation campaign against the it.

Apparently, some of them aren't afraid to talk about this.

we're getting a clear picture of dnc/Axelrod/Obamanoid trolls at FR, some of whom have been signed up for years!

I call 'em sleepers. I've gone toe to toe with a bunch of them on these threads.

...selling out or cashing in?

They may as well cash out.

A great many of us are going to see them as cowards forevermore because of their refusal to cover this issue. Damn shame, but we have a lot of great talent on our side. Others will rise to replace them.

To: Windflier; All

wait a minute folks!
I thought I understood that the Supremes decided to take 2 cases on Friday. And that they typically announce the ones they will take on friday and the ones they WILL NOT on monday.
If this was true, then either our case is NOT going to be taken OR the justices are still deliberating or ????

What have you heard about this?

Leo Donofrio should have Rush Limbaugh, Levin, Beck or Savage’s job because he has a lot more guts than all of them combined.

I don’t think Rush, Levin, Beck, or Savage are “sitting” on the story or “afraid” to take a risky position. Good grief, I’d say they’ve all had more than their share of slams and hit pieces by the major media, Dems, and the ignorant in general because of the conservative values they espouse and the conservative principles they defend and advocate each and every day.

I think what their position is, is that it is the Supreme Court that is afraid. It is highly unlikely that the Court will take this case and overturn a national election. Remember the grief they took over Bush in 2000? Should they take the case? Absolutely! They are supposed to be the guardians of the Constitution. But, many people, myself included, just don’t think they have the backbone to do the right thing. I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t think so.

Anyway, I think that is why many Conservative talk radio personalities are not too excited over this - they just don’t think the court is going to do anything.

I think I understand your question... Yes, they announced two cases which they are taking, on Friday, neither of which was the Donofrio case.

The list of cases which were denied comes out tomorrow. A lot of folks, including me, are hoping that the Donofrio case isn’t on that list tomorrow.

There seem to be a few data miners, working this issue for Axelrod to find out any piece or shred of anything that might need to be taken care of to keep this lying fraud undiscovered. This issue is now much bigger than a vault copy of his birth certification. And his reach of hidden documents goes from Kenya, to Hawaii, to U.S. colleges and law schools, to Indonesia, to Pakistan! And in typical Axelrod layers of lies to hide truth, the lies are stacking up quickly. Sad that the mainstream fifth column enemedia continues to aid him with their selective lying and ignoring the issues.

thanks....
Glad to know I wasn’t dilusional - this time.
I’m hoping they’re just taking their time to craft a comprehensive reason to take the case and seek resolution in short order - something that would be very unusual.

Here’s to judges with proverbial balls!
Till tomorrow
Nite.
