They'll be safe enough doing that, as long as they don't try it in certain poorer areas. ;-)
I don't have to smoke (off and on thing for me), but I don't want to work for any employer so affected toward pointing at perceived personal flaws in others. Such people have other problems that I don't want around me. Thus...having a cigar from time to time in front of them.
