Just how do WE force the SCOTUS to do anything, much less our bidding???
And just how do we know for SURE that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen?
This is not “our bidding.” It is their obligation. But we both know that ONLY “conservatives” care about the constitution and the duty of the court to uphold it today.
So, if we fail to unite behind all efforts to force them to do their duty, then we fail the republic just as much as anyone else.
The burden of proof is not on us, it is on Obama to provide proof that he meets all constitutional requirements for the office he seeks. It has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt, that he has failed to provide any such proof.
It's no more complicated than that. But the implications are far more reaching!
Read the Constitution. SCOTUS purpose is to check the power and stop abuses by the Legislative and Executive branches of govt. In this cases Sec of State in each state and Obama’s “admin.” The Constitution and the laws are supposed to be enforced and it is not happening.
We know for sure that Obama is going out of his way to not rpovide the information and we know for sure his dada was a British citizen which makes Obama ineligble - period.
I'm not sure where you are trying to go with this, but, proving a negative just isn't going to work.
It is up to the person seeking the office of president to prove he is a natural born citizen. We do not have to prove he is not. All he has to do to settle the mater is put his credentials on the table. Can you offer an explanation as to why he has not?

It is uncontested that his father was a British/Kenyan citizen, and his stepfather was an Indonesian.
He was born and grew up with divided loyalties, and cannot possibly be a natural born citizen of the USA in the traditional legal meaning of that term.
In addition, it seems very likely to me that Barry was born in Mombasa, Kenya, and has never been a US citizen of any kind.
He’s probably our first illegal-alien President.
If he was, then he would have produced the necessary proof. The ONLY reason he hasn't is because he can't.
As others have pointed out to you, it is Obama's responsibility to prove his qualification. Here's why:
The 20th Amendment says, "if the President elect shall have failed to qualify". See, the burden is placed on the President elect to qualify, not on others to disqualify him/her.
Also, as has been pointed out many times in the past few weeks, he will not be President elect until Dec 15th after the Electoral College votes. I'm thinking the USSC cannot require him to prove his qualifications until he is President elect.
Say the Supreme Court takes the case and defines Natural Born Citizen in a way that includes BO and he is deemed a NBC (if he were proven to actually have been born in Hawaii - he showed his papers). Ok, many of us would disagree with the decision, but at least it would all be out in the open and the Constitution would not have been ignored.
Somehow, I am very doubtful he can provide the proof, but if he can, then he is a legitimate president. Isn't that better than a cloud hanging over his head his entire presidency?
