Hi Mike,

I have read the decisions and you have handled this very appropriately. However, please remove the statement "or fax" to Justice Kennedy. Any faxes received by the US Supreme Court are thrown away, they will NOT accept anything via email and/or fax (except you can file an Amicus via email as long as you immediately mail in a hard copy), so please correct this. All communications must be done via mail.

I think this guy Berg also filed a law suit saying Bush and Chaney were behind 9/11...? Obama’s citizenship is a legitimate issue, but there are a lot of kooks leading the inquiry. Also, I just read today that the birth of Obama was in the newspaper announcements in Hawaii on that day back then. If so, that seems fairly conclusive because he had a US mother and a US birth.

Well, that settles it, then, since a newspaper birth announcement is all we need to prove citizenship of a president. I feel better already. It certainly took long enough for someone to "produce" that alleged newspaper announcement, though.
