MUMBAI: M V Alpha, a ship which is suspected to have carried the perpetrators of the Mumbai terror attacks, was today found 112 km from here by the Coast Guard, officials said.
A CG spokesman said that searches were being carried out on board the ship but declined to elaborate.
The Coast Guard had launched two aircraft, choppers and its vessels after receiving information that the ship could have carried the terrorists from Gujarat to Mumbai.
Indian Coasties or ours?
Indian
I had a remembrance of a Chuck Norris movie, “Invasion USA” but in this case its Islamic terrorist’s swarming the Whitehouse.
I just wonder if our Coast Guard and Navy are patrolling and identifying incoming freighters in the real near future.
How many terrorists can you load in a shipping container?
Even if stacked atop each other they only need to cut holes from the bottom up to exit, a hundred containers, say an average of 30 men each with food and water, have some air circulation with flex ducts.
Thanks.
Phosphorus shells would be an excellent way to send these ROP pos’s to hell.
Nah, too "public". Let them get out in the middle of nowhere, hopefully a "nowhere" with sharks, then have a sub sink the ship. Several torpedoes, so it goes down quickly. No announcement, no publicity. They don't call 'em the "silent service" for nothing.
