“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record,” DOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said.

Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures,” Fukino said.

No mention of what is on THAT BC....no claim he was born in Hawaii. Why did they only create a Certificate of Live Birth (COLB—which Polarik debunked as a fraud) to put on Factcheck? Why not a create a “Birth Certificate” with the hospital, doctor, weight length etc of every universal US BC?

So much mumbo jumbo...by design of course.

There is a REASON Obama does not release this thing.

I like it when a governmental official says we have no tangible interest in whether or not a president-elect is a natural born citizen. Like a judge saying we have no standing as voters in the election of the president.
