Notice that this Certificate covers two points:

!) It verifies that the person pictured was born in Hawaii

2) It verifies that the person pictured is entitled to a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth--not a Certificate of Live Birth, which seems to be reserved for those residents of Hawaii who were not born there.

The fudged-up digitized green E-Certificate of Live Birth offered by the Obama campaign has an entry showing an Obama birth in Hawaii.

If the disticntion made by the Photo ID Certificate is valid, then Obama's weird green digital E-certificate presents a contradiction in terms.

Live Birth Certificates are reserved for Hawaiian residents not born in Hawaii--yet the Live Birth certificate has an item stating Obama was born in Hawaii.
