Saudi Arabia: Asian immigrant forced to clean mosques for 'skipping prayers' Riyadh, 18 Nov. (AKI) - A Saudi civil court has ordered an Asian immigrant to clean mosques next month during this year's Hajj pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca after religious police caught him skipping Friday prayers several times, Saudi daily al-Watan reports. The man will have to clean five mosques along the highway into Mecca twice daily for eleven days, the court ruled...
Earlier this month, a judge ordered a young man to memorise part of the Koran and 40 sayings of the Prophet Mohammed as a punishment for appearing in public with a woman who was not a relative.

The Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam. It is an obligation for all able-bodied Muslims to attend at least once during their lives, provided they can afford it.
Right. The Muslims are such awful hypocrites.
More fascism from the Faith of Hate and the Cult of Insanity.
If this was a Christian-related punishment...the liberal media would be running stories day and night about “how intolerant Christians are”....
The guy was almost certainly a Muslim, FWIW. Asian doesn’t mean “East” Asian in the interenational press. They are an oppressive religious oligarchy, no question, but I doubt non-Muslims are expected to attend prayers. All Muslims of any stripes are required to subject themselves to Islamic laws otherwise.
These Oil Sheiks will one day get theirs. I hope Obama is serious about getting off of foreign oil in ten years. I want to live to see Dubai a ghost town.
That's nothin! After a Razorback-Texas Aggie game in Little Rock, Ar. the Texas team went home on a bus. They saw a sign that said “CLEAN RESTROOMS AHEAD” and they cleaned every one till they got home.
Fox (or Faux News) should have covered this news case, cause they’re ‘right-wing’m ‘conservative’, correct?
