The last AK attack up there was reported to be carried out with type 56 kalisnakovs.
I dont know that ,that involves china but it certainly would be easier to smuggle arms via Andhra Pradesh rather than Pakistan via Kashmir
The arms and explosives for this operation came in via speedboat from Pakistan. The boats are still on the beach.
