Obama has already made public two accounts of his birth certificate. One, is his published biography where he describes in detail the contents of his Hawaii birth certificate. Two, is his pre-election public website publishing an (arguably) official Hawaii record of his birth certificate. It seems to me these two public self-disclosures, truthful or not, greatly reduce his claim of privacy (vs public record) of his vault copy Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth.

XHP, what you have just posted is (in my not-so-humble opinion) the most cognizant and logical statement made thus far ANYWHERE regarding the question of 0bama's dubious bonafides to serve as POTUS.

You have distilled it down to an argument of pure logic: IF 0bama has already described in literary form, the data contained within his alleged birth certificate, and IF he has authorized the posting of whatever that representation was of his birth certificate on the Internet, he cannot claim any expectation of privacy whatsoever, and IF he is now refusing to authorize the release of the original vault certificate currently under seal by order of the Governor of Hawaii, the ONLY possible conclusion is that his previous disclosures were:

a.) lies

b.) fabrications and forgeries

c.) all part of a larger grand deception

The only conclusion that can be made from the above is that 0bama is Constitutionally prohibited from serving as President of the United States, and any and all Democrat Party officials who were aware of his ineligibility are accomplices to a series of felony offenses committed against the United States of America and certainly prosecutable under U.S. Statute Law.

In light of the above, the United States Supreme Court MUST order that the Governor of Hawaii produce the original vault certificate to the Court before the Electors meet to cast their votes.
