Is there some way to get this to the FEC or anyone? If you go to the blog you will see that this is Barack Obama advertising and asking for donations from Kenyans. I think that it is illegal even if you get a mere $5 donation from any foreign sources? It never ends does it...

It is fine to solicit donations from Americans overseas. Many donations are made by Americans abroad.

When I clicked on the video to watch/hear him, it took me to a fill in the blanks donation page. I tried twice. I guess they want people to pony up before getting audience with master.

I think foreigners can give donations to political parties here in the United States. What those parties do with the money is anyone's guess. Direct donations to individual campaigns are against the law. The campaigns can return the money to the donors,or turn it over to the party. They can also turn the donations over to the Federal election Committee, or the IRS.
