Wouldn't be surprised if ALL NETWORKS will carry a weekly Presidential Address...and NOTHING else can get through on your TV.

I may keep an old TV set for some piracy underground communication. And I’m not joking.
I also think I want to invest in a Ham radio except I wouldn’t even know how to start to buy one, much less operate one.
When that happens, I'll plug in a really long extension cord, turn on my TV to the mandatory Presidential Address, and throw the set out of my 3rd floor window. It will be a kind of performance art to experience Obama's voice as it doppler shifts at 32 ft/sec/sec briefly until the set impacts on the pavement.
