Please clarify one other point of California law - in case things do go wrong in court:
Can Supreme Court justices be recalled?
And if so, can such a recall be done en masse, for all who rule against Prop 8?

Yes, they can be recalled. Right now the Left has been dealt a major setback. We need to win this case. After that, they'll be picking up the pieces for years to come.
