Early signs are Obama has to guard his left

Carla Marinucci, Chronicle Political Writer

(11-13) 17:44 PST --

As he prepares to enter the ring of White House politics, President-elect Barack Obama might need to perfect that left jab just as much as his right hook.

Not only can the Democratic president-to-be expect the predictable shots from the conservative right, but eventually a pounding from the left if he doesn't deliver "change you can believe in" on issues that concern liberal voters - health care reform, an end to the war in Iraq, environmental protections and taking care of the economy and the housing crisis.

"We gave him a 24-hour honeymoon - and that was generous," joked Medea Benjamin, co-founder of the anti-war group CodePink, Thursday about the chances of Obama's election silencing protests for the foreseeable future. "We believe in celebrating and then moving on."

Her grassroots organization has wasted no time doing just that. On Thursday, CodePink members hit five consulates in San Francisco - those representing Bolivia, Venezuela, Syria, Cuba and Iran - delivering flowers, apple pies and cards with a message as much for the president-elect as for the leaders of those nations: "Yes We Can ... Live in Peace."

Meda Benjamin made it very clear that she sees code pink as working as agents for these communist and/of Islamofaciast dictators that all are supporters of terror.

Agents to bring their demands to Obama.

They also see themselves as agents for Obama to make sure these leaders of Bolivia, Venezuela, Syria, Cuba and Iran see every message that Obama puts out that show favor to them

It's not entirely a bad thing, this will eventually work against not only Obama but code pink also.

“This is not the Code Pink that I knew.”

But seriously folks, if Obama turns dictatorial, the Code Pink/Move On/Daily Kos crowd will be the first to go to the wall. The useful idiots, when they become useless, always get purged.

And yet they continue to be useful idiots

Hitler's original SS was made up primarily of homosexuals.

When Hitler started sharing power with the other Nazi leaders, they didn't like that so the homosexuals were all killed

History is about to repeat itself all over these smarmy little traitors and it will come from their Glorious Leader.

The left will always eat their own in the end, because their struggle is for absolute power in the absence of moral law.

This happens with any alliance between tyrannical ideologies.

I can only hope that Code Pink becomes even more strident. If 0bama caves into it, alot of Americans will be turned off. If he turns his back on it, he loses some of his most ardent base.

* Another Code Pink ally is Medea Benjamin’s group Global Exchange, which has strong ties to the communist Workers World Party. Imbued with a deep hatred for the United States and capitalism in general, Benjamin is a pro-Castro activists who lived in Cuba (and was married to a Cuban) was a principal organizer of the 1999 Seattle riots in which some 50,000 protesters wreaked havoc and tried to shut down the World Trade Organization meetings. ——— “Jodie Evans: Activist in Pink,” By John Perazzo, Frontpagemagazine.com, December 8, 2003

The Obamazombies will explode in pent-up rage if their unrealistic expectations of manna from heaven are not met.

It will be the best thing that could happen to them- particularly the 23% of his voters who were under age 30.

They can face the reality of being disillusioned:

-with broken campaign promises that were insincere to begin with,

-with an empty suit who didnt fulfill the expectations of the personality cult campaign,

-that socialism is a doctrine of failure,

-that higher taxes is a bad thing,

-that their standard of living will be worse when they expect the government to support them.

Wasn’t it the SA brought Hitler to power and then the SS essentially wiped out the SA? These purges are normal with tyrants.

The Hillary voters got the same treatement at the caucuses.

It happens because the higher, universal moral consciousness common to all is suppressed in favor of a contrived human supremacy. In such a worldview, there is no basis for morality beyond base human appetite. Thus, they build a house on sand, use each other as needed, and eventually the stronger disposes of the weaker. This hopelessness is symbiotic with the rage of the Left, and is why these societies end up miserable and devoid of the very thing promised: Hope.

There is hope in another worldview, which does not attempt to suppress moral consciousness. "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud." These folks are proper objects not of wrath, but pity, and prayer.

When dealing with the far-left, Democrats don’t realize they will be hated as much as Republicans. When 9-11 happened and the leftists went to the street to protest possible future US action, their signs had the name “Clinton” crossed out and “Bush” written above or below. The far-left is not Democratic. They are socialists. They hate America, no matter if there is a Republican or Democrat president. I’ll be laughing at the Democrats when they start realizing it.

Actually she did have a long affair with Lew Rockwell

Sources say that Sheehan met Lew Rockwell in an Internet chatroom, and exchanged 600 text mail messages before her husband learned of the affair through phone records.

I knew a woman who's husband noticed she was hooking up with guys on the internet by collecting info from their computer.

He divorced her and she consoled herself with the guys she met on the www.

The left has no idea what it has brought down on its own head. They, and the partisan media shills, really have no idea what “Hardball” is.

But, apropos of nothing, something from Orwell’s “1984”:

[sni] After confessing to these things they had been pardoned, reinstated in the Party, and given posts which were in fact sinecures but which sounded important. All three had written long, abject articles in The Times, analysing the reasons for their defection and promising to make amends.

Some time after their release Winston had actually seen all three of them in the Chestnut Tree Cafe. He remembered the sort of terrified fascination with which he had watched them out of the corner of his eye. They were men far older than himself, relics of the ancient world, almost the last great figures left over from the heroic days of the Party. The glamour of the underground struggle and the civil war still faintly clung to them. He had the feeling, though already at that time facts and dates were growing blurry, that he had known their names years earlier than he had known that of Big Brother. But also they were outlaws, enemies, untouchables, doomed with absolute certainty to extinction within a year or two. No one who had once fallen into the hands of the Thought Police ever escaped in the end. [end]
