A human being with no Y chromosome is not a male and never will be a male, I don’t care what hormones she takes or what body parts she has amputated, grafted or otherwise surgically rearranged. Conversely, a human being with a Y chromosome is not a female, and never will be.
Catering to this delusion is doing no favors to these confused individuals. I’d imagine their depression and suicide rates are through the roof after “reassignment,” just as they are before.
It’s like a transexual I know who claims to be gay because she likes women. She started out male. Changing the plumbing does not change the foundation.
