That won’t work for me either, says I need a download and then says there isn’t one. I have to listen through realplayer, but now to listen I have to register, but it won’t let me register cause I need a Member ID but doesn’t say how to get one, just says I need to register.

He owns his content. He's not the only one to do that. Rush and a few others I can think of. With Rush, you get the value-added of no commercials and listen to the same parodies day after day. And video, if you want. But I question the wisdom of pay-to-listen, JMHO.
