It’s not “mandatory” like his (and McCain’s) immigration plan is not “amnesty.”
This plan will be sold as innocent enough. Why, it’ll be just like the civil service duty expected of all Israeli citizens.
But under the corrupt hand of this government I expect the inner city youth to be monitoring polling places, registering voters,etc. while suburban youth are raking leaves from old ladies’ gardens.
