Since FR was down for several hours earlier today (and for other reasons), I've been offline most of the day.

What's the correct story on this? This guy is real? Doesn't exist? The entire thing is a hoax and we still don't know who leaked the anti-Sarah stuff to Carl Cameron, et al?

Thanks in advance... :o)

1) The guy has never been part of the McCain campaign, nor Giuliani’s campaign.

2) He is a known Internet hoaxer - but there appears to be a real person running around presenting himself as Mr Eisenstadt /see post #37

3) We do not know the sources Carl Cameron relied on, nor what sources Newsweek had. However, it appears they have some ‘xplainin’ to do.

Yep, he’s completely fictitious.

So, did Carl Cameron actually get the story from imaginary man or is this fake person just taking the credit??

I don’t think this clown leaked anything to Carl Cameron. If that was the case and he got fooled he should be in fatal professional trouble. Cameron well knows who the players are in the McCain campaign.
