Unfortunately, Ryan appears to have taken himself out of the running.
He has
declined to run for Minority Leader
twice in two days.
Perhaps if there is enough public outcry, he can be convinced to change his mind.

I think he just doesn’t want to take on Boehner. But if we can apply enough pressure to oust Boehner, I think Ryan would then agree to pursue it.

He’s got young kids and like a normal American does not want to be sucked into the DC maelstorm. We may truly be at the point where good people don’t want to make politics a career. Look what happened to Palin.
