There is no way they win this Big brother inspired
“Fairness doctrine” fight.
It is transparently illegitimate.
The early legitimate rationalization for it was
because there were few electronic media outlets,
each spent minimal time on things.
No way this can be argued now,this
is clearly an attack on specific people,
a specific point of view.
Call it the Silence Rush Bill.

The absurdity of it is expressed by Chuckles the Clown Schumer himself,who may have revealed their slim legal argument when he said we routinely regulate porn,
so it is no great leap to regulating Rush.
