What most stupid people can’t see is Bush is covering his Rump so Obama gets the blame when we get attacked. Our intelligence must say that is a certainty.
Biden told us what the intelligence was. He is chairman of the foreign relations committee he gets the briefings. The terrorists are going to attack us in the first six months of Obama’s term.
Obama will want blame the Bush administration for keeping him in the dark about the threat. Bush is trying to preclude that by ordering his administration to offer all possible help to the Obama administraion.
Fools on this site would prefer that Bush do nothing and then the media would blame Bush when the terrorists kill a few dozen thousand Americans in the first six months of Obama’s administration. Bush is making sure that Obama can’t say Bush never told me.
Obama will negotiate with the Terorists. They will agree to not attack the United States mainland if we pull out of the middle east and offer no defense for Israel. Obama will agree to that to get peace in our time. It will be quite popular.
Once we have pulled out, the terroists will attack us again killing more thousands. And Bush will be the hero who kept us safe for 7 long years. And Obama will be the Nevile Chamberlain of the USA. The media and Obama will be the liars that told the people there was no threat .... just wasted troops dying in an unnecessary war that should never have been started and never fought.
The likley result will be Republicans win the house by a huge margin in 2010 and Take the senate by three or four seats.
Then in 2012 whoever Bush decides to endorse will win the presidency in a landslide and Obama will be the ex president who will never invited to speak at at Democrat convention. The Republicans will have huge margins in the house and senate. And Bush will be the nation’s hero adored by nearly all.
First they attack us, then Obams surenders to shouts of joy, then we get attacked again and Obama falls to a 12 percent job approval rating.
Note that young people see the Clinton years as the good years and the Bush years as bad years. They will see the Obama years as the disaster years in which both the media and obama lied to them. Because they will know about the real threat that Bush handled, the Bush years will become the miracle years that no one knew enough to appreiate at the time. They will in retrospect.
In many respects it will be like Churchill. They made fun of Churchill in the thirties. He saw Hilter as a terrible danger when he obviosuly was not. Churchill was the idiot who would get England into a stupid unecessary war. they loved Chaimberlain because he could talk sense to Hitler. Then came the agreement that Hitler that was peace in our time.
Then came the attack and Churchill went from being the outrageous stupid stammering war hawk to the one man who could save his nation.
Obama can and likely will take the same path as Chaimberlan
