Much Closer Than Expected in New Hampshire?
National Review ^

Posted on 11/04/2008 4:11:20 PM PST by Longstreet63

I need to confirm a rumor - did any reader in New Hampshire vote in the past hour or two? And if so, did they see any Obama monitors at their polling place?

If the answer is "no," then it's because I have been informed correctly that Team Obama is worried about the Granite State and putting every resource into getting those last voters to the polls.

Don’t listen to the exit poll numbers. Wait for the actual vote count.

The same little towns went for Obama in the primaries and Hillary won the state.

I was a GOP poll checker in Windham, NH and there were plenty of Obama poll checkers. The biggest bunch of whining girlie men you ever saw. 2 gay guys came in singing how do you spell change. I brought in the local official and they were told to shut up or they could not vote.

Windham had 9500 registered voters and by 6:00 p.m. 7500 had shown up. ABout 75% of registered Republicans had already showed up.

NRO has mostly some encouraging news, though there is word that Indiana may be looking a big bad for us, though not necessarily a loss.

NH is a generally conservative state that is being infested by liberals from Massachusetts fleeing that state because of the high taxes...and then voting for liberals.

Just proves... Liberals are idiots!!

Obama sent out an email asking all his workers to go back to the HQ to start making calls to get people out to vote as their numbers were not looking good. That is courtesy of a PUMA who got the email FWIW.

Indiana’s a disapointment? Obamatrons voting from IL? Ethanol? Minimal resources put into it?

I voted at 4 PM. No poll monitors from either side, really. NH is very much in play. Hodes might win because of the moonbat infestation on the VT border towns, but Shea-Porter is going down, and hard.

I'm very much hopeful as the results come in we'll find NH going red again. WMUR is the local television station but it seems their results are pretty well delayed. Try FoxNews...they have an online interactive map.

Gary, Indiana is essentially a Chicago suburb and part of the machine. In 2004, the local head honcho was recorded as asking how many votes do we need to win ? If this gets close they can very easily manufacture votes. The rest of the state is conservative but Gary, Indiana is a Chicago infested community organizer mess. I think we will pull if off though.

2.8% lead for McCain at 7:30

remember the A$$hat mayor of Gary who PUBLICLY SUGGESTED that he could fix the vote in Gary for bho during the primary vs HRC? He’s still there — but then again — a gaggle of RNC-lawyers and poll observers are there this time...
