people forget about WV has most of it’s coal mines SHUT DOWN.
these here mountains are FULL of BLACK GOLD and i’m sure it would be at the top of list if COAL was used to it’s potential.

Yeah. UMW are such cool guys, they tried to go on strike during the depths of WW II when every steel plant in the country depended on coal to produce war materiel. Black lung disease was too kind for those traitorous rat bastards.

May I further add that the ‘trick is’ to get a 527 to do a quick turn around commercial on this and buy time, tomorrow night, during Monday Night Football. The Pittsburgh Steelers are playing (some team from DC that doesn’t have coal miners as fans).
That is also true in where I live in PA, but really true in Illinois and Montana, which for a variety of reasons — most of them political — aren’t developing coal. Montana actually has reserves equal to most of the Western US combined.

I just finished up my last 20 McCain calls from their website to Virginia. I told everyone I could to check the story out for themselves and please do it before Tuesday.
C-Span took calls after the McCain rally tonight. I tried to get through to mention the Obama Coal story,but got busy signals. I think this is one way to get it out there on our own. I know the assholes on CNN supposedly read emails on the air during their afternoon shows, but I don’t know if they will respond to this topic.
I was laughed at before when I brought up calling to liberal talk shows, if there are any out there. Not to convince the hosts that McCain is better than the Fraud, but simply to get the word out about this to another audience. Even if it gets one libs attention it’s worthwhile.
