A few weeks ago, columnist Michael Barone warned readers that Barack Obama was ready to create a “thugocracy.” Barone was talking about the looming threat that once elected President, his Administration would reinstitute the Fairness doctrine and use it to wipe conservative talk radio off the air, as well as force internet sites hostile to his policies to counter each critical article with a supportive one.

As if he wanted to confirm Barone’s harsh prediction, the Obama campaign suddenly announced that in the few remaining days of the campaign, they were removing the reporters of The New York Post, The Dallas Morning News and The Washington Times from the campaign plane...

Here are my thoughts about the fairness doctrine. Now conservative points of view will finally be on NPR, PBS, CNN, CBS, MSNBC, ABC, Air America, and all the other left wing medias. I embrace the day that Rush will have government mandated time on NPR and CNN

But the problem is,,,

'conservative points' as defined by WHO?,,,

if defined by the government under a Hussein THUGOCRACY--Alan Colmes (from FOX) will be the 'conservative point'.

Sure, they will give the same time to 'conservative points' of view AS DEFINED BY THEM!!

Extremist views (AS DEFINED BY THEM),,i.e. Rush,,,will be considered totally inappropriate.

Then, and only then, will the time arise to take back this country by force from them. We must have the same tolerance of our Founding Fathers. I know they are spinning in their graves when they see the Democrat Party’s fascism

Leftwing = mainstream (AS DEFINED BY LIBERAL LEFT)

Middle of the road = conservative (AS DEFINED BY LIBERAL LEFT)

Conservative = extreme (AS DEFINED BY LIBERAL LEFT), therefore totally inappropriate to present

Hussein--"NEW THUGOCRACY"

White House dinners will become the new MTV Awards show. Snoop-Dog will be the only guest without a Communist mentor.

Well, I am not going off half cocked. That in itself under Obama dictatorship will result in a firing squad. We must be calculated, patient and vigilant. When we are ready to take it back, we must have the “high ground advantage”.

It will be a demonstration of The Unholy Trinity, consisting of Barak Hussein, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reed. Perhaps the rule of this Unholy Trinity will awaken America our of her sleep.

...in an OBamBam thugocracy, the thugocracy will define everything.

Which is precisely why I have argued 'ad nauseum' against the Patriot Act here on FR. I was repeated attacked for my opposition.

As I tried to state, I had no problem at all with expanded government powers under a Bush Administration,,,but my fear was this,,,

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE FACES CHANGE?

I feared how that Act could be used if a far-left, liberal EXTREMIST Administration ever got into power--controlling the White House, the House and the Senate.

Well that's about to happen---and we're about to see what a vindictive HUSSEIN THUGOCRACY will do with those expanded government surveillance powers.

You understand that Fairness Doctrine will only be applied to radio, right? They’ll claim that cable tv gives so many choices it’s unnecessary to apply it to TV. And NPR will be exempted since it is public. It does not need to be licensed, and it being public is by definition “fair”.

As I suspected, they're getting the more conservative media off the plane, in favor of more 'reliable' (for them) press coverage.
