The depth of subversive activity in this country would cross J. Edgar Hoover’s eyes. What in hell is the FBI doing these days?

Probably lurking FR, marking heresies for later attention. >sarc< Actually, every single thing explained in this essay is legal. BO's interests must be sub rosa for political, not criminal reasons. The initial purpose of the ACLU was to litigate for the decriminalisation of the American communist party, on First amendment grounds. That accomplished, it's Katy bar the door.

This kind of willful sedition is like a metastatic cancer. By the time even mild symptoms appear, it's already taken over every organ.

This doesn’t sound like it’s the purview of the FBI. In this country, “subversive” activity is for the most part legal. The authorities who should be taking these groups on are the people posting here. Not with baseball bats, but with megaphones, a command of the facts, and composure... or just paper and ink. These groups do not want the public to see their inner workings.
