Delaware County board address state memo that OKs voters without proper verification (OUTRAGEOUS!)
Philadelphia Daily News ^ | 10/31/08 | WILLIAM BENDER

The flood of voter-registration applications this year caused a bizarre scene yesterday in the shadows of Delaware County politics. --snip-- The state document tells county election officials that even though the Help America Vote Act requires them to cross-reference applications with a database of driver's licenses or Social Security numbers, they don't have to "successfully verify" the information through those databases before issuing a valid voter-identification card.

As a result, about 4,000 questionable applications have been approved since January, even though the applicants' identities were never confirmed, according to Mary Jo Headley, director of Delaware County's Department of Voter Registration.

How could anyone object to showing personal ID's when you vote? Isn't somebody going to realize that if this country allows voter fraud, the fabric that holds us together is going to be ripped apart.

This is Pa.

Delaware County is between Philly and the Delaware border on the Delaware River.

Someone that wants voter fraud on a massive scale.

Isn't somebody going to realize that if this country allows voter fraud, the fabric that holds us together is going to be ripped apart.

They do, and that is precisely what they want.

I am praying ( literally) that Philly and Chester will have rain, hail, and blinding windstorms on election day.

Citizens of the affected areas might be able to file complaints with the state courts accusing the state officials of failure to carry out their duties.Such laws vary by state;in Indiana it at least used to be possible, but there is also the discretion given to prosecutors to file(or not ) charges.

The only thing would be to sign up for poll watching, though it may be too late to do that now.

There will be be more lawsuits flying after this election irregardless of who wins, than planes circling to land on a busy day at O’Hare. What I fail to understand is why aren't these individuals granted provisional ballots as opposed to valid voter registrations which would immediately put their votes in with everyone elses? It would seem to me the prudent thing to do until they can be verified in the event of an election which is in this margin of votes. If not, the election can surely be stolen.

Got a robo-call last night that John McCain will be in Wallingford on Sunday. More info at Delaware County Republican HQ.

As for the fraud, we are just going to HAVE to overwhelm tham at the polls on Tuesday. I plan to be there at 5:30.

Maybe this can happen THERE in PA, however in Central PA if they do not have the proper ID, they get provisional ballot. IF that doesn’t work with them, tough s—t. I’m a Judge of Elections in my ward and do not put up with any crap from the brain dead libs!!

What do you consider proper ID? The memo states they MUST offer a proper ID card even if their information can not be validated. By election day it is too late. The perp may have a valid ID card even though his credentials are totally fraudulent.

DE County borders Phila County and has historically been a Dem stronghold and is critical to an Obama victory in PA. Although the McCain-Palin rally in Media, the County Seat, back in Sept was a sight to behold.

What we are witnessing here is the true strategy of the ACORN voter registration fraud. Not to have actual multiple votes by someone who registers 75 times but to gum up the works so bad in the counties that there is little, if any, hope of identifying truly eligible voters. Much like in OH, someone can walk into a voting precinct and vote a provisional ballot using a cardboard box as a home address. Once those ballots are cast, the Obama lawyers will sue to have them all counted, hanging chads and all

Fraud bookmarked alert. (Almost fortunately it may prove to be a waste of democrat effort - DL is already a likely blue state.)
