Tennessee does not border IL.
Kentucky does.

His followers haven't done a very good job of covering up their intentions. They've been fairly blatent about it. They're a nasty bunch on a good day. If they lose, they'll believe they've been cheated and they'll act accordingly. If they win, they'll feel empowered and they'll go destroy something anyway. They're just looking to burn something, win or lose.
Why are people surprised? This isn't even the sort of thing that requires a "prediction". To pose a question in blunt illustration (and pardon the phrase), "Does a bear crap in the woods?" Of course!
Ditto for those who are going to riot and burn and party while doing it. It is EXPECTED. They would let us down if they didn't! There's only one way to deal with this sort of thing, and everybody knows what that is, so there's no need to discuss it here. :-)

Georgia. I’m on the border and I see it getting ugly down there. Especially in Atlanta. They had violence and mayhem at a PARTY called Freaknik. Imagine what could happen if a group got angry.

I agree... especially since it seems a bunch of these people don’t understand the electoral system. 1 million people or 100, ILL. is likely to be Safe Obama anyways and doesn’t matter how many vote for him there.... but lets just (a) McCain wins and (b) McCain gets the highest popular vote as well to keep the Left from doing more “selected not elected” garbage, even though they would never do that if it was 269-269 and the House picked the 0

...but I see widespread rioting, looting, civil disobedience and worse, either way.Yup. Most major cities riot, burn, and loot after the World Series, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.
What do you think will happen in Chicago, win or lose?
November 4, Chicago will live in infamy. It will make Chicago 1968 look like an Easter Parade.

"It does raise some racial insensitivity concerns," he said." Everyone please stick your heads up your ass and pretend that there is no precedent for this concern.
Thank you...

If Obama was any kind of a man he would discourage this type of worship and adoration. One-million people, in Chicago, in a park?
One would have to be a moron of the first water not to see this isn’t going to end well. When McCain wins, all one-million are going to kick the dirt, say, “oh shucks” and go home?

"I'm extraordinarily confident that we can keep Senator Obama safe, that we can keep the citizens of Chicago safe and that we can keep the neighborhoods safe." I have no doubt Obama will be kept safe. I wonder how the citizens of Chicago feel the other 364 days of the year?

It might be interesting to be in that crowd of one million Obama supporters on Tuesday night, just as they start hearing bad news. But I think I’ll pass on that.

I live in a city in a small gated community of townhomes; not worried as most of us are older retired. Most of the elderly widows in here are militant and know everyone who lives here. They can dial 911 faster than lightning and take down any intruder. They are better than attack dogs and keep watch all the time. Of course, they are all Texans so that explains it.
