In regards to the bar exam; don’t they ask about illegal drug usage. In most places, smoking crack cocaine is a felony.
Where is a copy of his Bar Exam application. Or is that “missing” like everything else?
I'm a member of 3 bars and I don't recall that question being on any of the bar applications. They do ask about whether you have ever been convicted of a crime, but they don't ask you to list every illegal thing you've ever done.
