Tonight, on "Hannity and Colmes," Sean revealed that Ayers' 1974 book, "Prairie Fire," is dedicated to Sirhan Sirhan, among 99 other people. Sirhan Sirhan assasinated Robert F. Kennedy.
Sean mentioned that Ayers' book is extremely difficult to obtain.
Prepare yourselves for the “that was 34 years ago” card.

On November 7, 2006 Ayers posted this essay on his blog describing his visit to a conference in Hugo Chavez’s Venezuela — an essay which sounds like it could be a missing chapter from Prairie Fire, and which Ayers concludes by shouting “Viva Presidente Chavez!”
And just a few months ago on June 28, 2008, Ayers describes himself in this posting on his blog as a “socialist” when it comes to economic policy

Saul Alinksi, Mike Kruglik, and Obama, the Master of Agitation....
One of Obama’s early mentors in the Alinsky method was Mike Kruglik, who had this to say to an Ryan Lizza of The New Republic, about Obama:
“He was a natural, the undisputed master of agitation, who could engage a room full of recruiting targets in a rapid-fire Socratic dialogue, nudging them to admit that they were not living up to their own standards. As with the panhandler, he could be aggressive and confrontational. With probing, sometimes personal questions, he would pinpoint the source of pain in their lives, tearing down their egos just enough before dangling a carrot of hope that they could make things better.”
“The agitator’s job, according to Alinsky, is first to bring folks to the “realization” that they are indeed miserable, that their misery is the fault of unresponsive governments or greedy corporations, then help them to bond together to demand what they deserve, and to make such an almighty stink that the dastardly governments and corporations will see imminent “self-interest” in granting whatever it is that will cause the harassment to cease. In these methods, euphemistically labeled “community organizing,” Obama had a four-year education, which he often says was the best education he ever got anywhere.”

Personal targeting and scape-goating became a central organizing principle of IAF-trained "community organizers," given special emphasis by Alinsky’s lieutenant and successor Ed Chambers. Chambers was a key source for Rooney in writing "Organizing the South Bronx". Chambers gave Rooney numerous taped interviews in 1989 (p. 265, 266, 276,) and reviewed the draft before publication (p. 10). Because Chambers and other IAF leaders reviewed the book before publication, the book is uniquely reliable in describing what the IAF did in the Obama years and what the IAF's tactics and intentions were.
Ed Chambers, starting from the IAF "base in Chicago," "changed the way of operating" the IAF beginning around 1970, "took the whole thing over" in 1972 after Alinsky died, and "set up an institute where we train many, many organizers" (p. 80-81). Rooney attended the July, 1989 training (page 219 and following) and sets out in detail what the standard IAF training includes. This was the same kind of training that Obama would have received just a couple of years earlier, in 1985 or 1986. It was very clear to Rooney, based both on his interviews with Chambers, and on his own attendance at the 1989 IAF training, that for the IAF "it is absolutely essential to select a ripe target [a person] and build animosity towards him or her" (p. 228). Family cookout or block party with the close friends..just hanging out type "off duty" photos. At least, the Clintons had their pictures taken with anyone and everyone. That's normal for a politician. Obama seems camera shy. Staged photos only. Have always found it odd.
Whereas, on McCain's daughters blog I once saw, early on, photos out hiking and enjoyed the normalcy of "family life" shots.

A little late in doing so I might add. And Hannity says he uncovered this. He is one that is so quick to put down bloggers or FR, when he probably got the info from his researchers who got it from places like FR and the source I linked to above. I laughed when he said he had uncovered new information, like he was a great investigative journalist. Remember they are quick to put down bloggers and FR..give us very little credibility if any at all.
Hume (Fox), on the other hand, is very much more open to what we all do and will give credit-Jim Robinson should be hailed publicly for having this "research" site for all News. Jim has provided an encyclopedia of research, with sources. They read us (and other bloggers) or their staff does, but you will hardly ever see a credit where credit is due. Unless it is a household name blog-Drudge etc. Hannity uncovered it.

They spent too much time on Lipstick on a Pig and not stepping away from the pack! Too late..that is why Obama pushes for early voting so none of this stuff comes out which could make a difference. People are tired of politics and they know it..so less are tuned in to any added controversy. I was told by a Lib the other day that this is just all a witch hunt. Oh and no one ever asked why Obama's aunt (?) who lives in a slum in Boston ( with social services) has still enough money to go back and forth to Africa as it was reported. In a slum but travels to Africa? Rush and others talked bout the slum and her trips back and forth..never did it ever occur to them--that is costly??? Unless it was misreported!
Checkout Kid the other day at Home Depot was spouting McCain 100 years in Iraq etc..and he had just got done getting an ear full from the guy in front of me, then started making fun of Republicans to me..and I corrected him on the 100 years, and asked doesn't bother you he does not have normal friends or his birth certificate is sealed?? Obama may choose the head of the Chicago school system to head Education in this country. The schools in Chicago are some of the worst in the country. Favors are being repaid as we speak.
We have become a true laughing stock over the pond in choosing our leaders...and rightly deserved!!!! That was a conversation with a Scotsman living here but not a citizen so cannot vote..is saying everything right to these talking points. He cannot come close to understanding why anyone in their right mind would vote for Obama with his mysterious past with added choice of home grown terrorist or anti-American friends.
Obama may win but we will not let him rest easy. They gave Bush a "rabid" time, we will hand it right back. No timetables.
Senator Obama may become President and his wife, Michelle, First Lady, even "everyone always votes for me" Biden with suspected frontal lobe issues; but I will not personally accept Barack (Barry) Hussein Obama as My President.
