Didn't say mother wasn't a citizen. Know the father wasn't. What I did say was that this is the born outside the U.S. angle with the mother not having the requisite years past age 16 in the U.S. before bearing a child. Child would not be considered natural born citizen in this case. If it's just follow-up on the Berg case, I'll have the post deleted.
