This is all predicated on Obama being born outside the US. If so then the law at that time required his mother to have lived in the US prior to the birth for at least 5 yrs for him to have citizenship rights. Since she was 18 when he was born the 5 yrs weren’t met. If he was born in HI then this senario doesn’t fly.

This is nothing new around here. There is mounting evidence that Obama isn't really a citizen. It has been covered here and there in the media as a minor story, but nobody has succesfully gotten standing to challenge him in court (a guy named Berg tried, but the case was dismissed because he "had no standing").

Thus no official investigation. Certainly no discovery stage. No need for Obama to produce an actual birth certificate (not to be confused with what one of the non-birth certificates presented here and there online as such).

So we won't know for sure, but its an odd thing for him to stonewall on if he actually has a birth certificate.

That's the beauty of psyops during elections.

Democrats and the MSM are trying to create the impression of an Obama blowout.

Conservatives are trying to create the impression that Obama doesn't meet the Constitutional qualifications test.
