I was told they believe that by thwarting our then evident economic recovery they would be able to prolong the country’s destitution until they had demonstrated to the American people that the Government must operate business and commerce. By propaganda they would destroy institutions making long-term capital loans—and then push Uncle Sam into making these loans. Once Uncle Sam becomes our financier he must also follow his money with control and management.
Sounds eerily familiar doesn’t it? Isn’t Barack Obama telling us that capitalism (the “economic theory” of the last 8 years) is broken? Didn’t the Democrats destroy our banks, (institutions making long-term capital loans), with 30 year sub-prime mortagages? Didn’t they then push Uncle Sam into making these loans by buying equity interests in banks, thereby making the government a lender?
Who was Dr. Wirt talking about?

I am the furthest thing from a conspiracy type. I laugh off the African Press crap, etc.
But I truly buy this theory. Once he has control of the DOJ, FBI and Military, it’s all over for his opponents.

I am convinced that if (and that is a big IF) Obama wins, it is because God will let him to fulfill prophecy, if it is not time for that McCain will win because the U.S. must protect Israel, and we know more than ever, Obama will not.

What I can’t understand is we fight and win a Cold War, with a few hot ones sprinkled in, to prevent a guy like Obama from gaining power and destroying our freedoms and way of life. Now, we are al set to elect one to the highest office in the land.
God help us! It appears Americans have forgotten or are too ingorant to even know. I guess we need to go through this exercise again (like with Jimmy Carter) to remind all Americans why Socialism/Communism does not work. Hopefully, our freedoms will still be strong enough to take back our country!
We must keep fighting the good fight to prevent this disease from taking us over.

I am the same way and I agree wholeheartedly with you. I thought it would be the Clintons. So did my husband, who also is the furthest thing from a conspiracy type. This guy is scary as all hell.
