The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me;
Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever;
forsake not the works of thine own hands.
How beautiful are the truths of Your Word. Graciously they bring great comfort and peace, joy and hope to the hearts of those who love You. They tell of Your marvelous works and transport us into Your presence. They speak of Your loving kindness and Your tender mercies toward Your children from all generations. Thank You, Father, for Your willingness to speak to us through our prayers, through the Word, and through the power of the Holy Spirit. May You, O Lord, be our dwelling place, and may Your everlasting arms always support us.
Father, we have just a few days before the scores begin to accumulate in the battle for the heart and soul of America. Make us strong for this battle, Lord, knowing that it is one that we must fight on our knees. You have given us the power and authority to bind and loose, using the Name above all Names---Jesus Christ. Lord, grant us tremendous passion for our prayers today as we lift up this nation and this election to You. Help us to come against the devil’s desire to cover voters with blindness, deafness, and deadness of spirit. O God, loose all his prisoners of darkness, and cause Your light to shine in their hearts. Let each voter hear the unmistakable cry of the unborn as they approach the ballot box, and may those who vote for candidates who will not protect these little ones receive Your judgment. Father, knowing that nothing is too difficult for You, we pray that You would set to confusion any efforts of those who are trying to steal votes in this election. May You control all the tabulations of the votes, and may Your people rise up and let their votes be counted.
We pray for the peace that passes all understanding to fill the hearts and minds of John McCain and Sarah Palin. May they continue unwavering in their steadfast trust in You and may they do all things for Your glory. Place Your thoughts and intents in their hearts and give them the courage to stand strong, knowing that You are holding them up with Your righteous right hand.
Grant that President Bush may rejoice in Your strength, Father, as You give him the desires of his heart and make all his plans succeed. Shower him with eternal blessings, Lord, and make him glad with the joy of Your presence; for our President trusts in You, his God, and in the unfailing love of the Most High he will not be shaken.
Lord, we look forward to the day when all our struggles on this earth are ended and we are able to spend eternity with You. Until that glorious day, we ask you to deliver us great victories in this battle between good and evil on this earth. Grant steadfast strength and courage to our military men and women, and hasten the day when all our troops will be returned safely to their homes.
Gracious Lord, we do not place our trust in our military, our leaders, or our earthly might, but only in the Name of the Lord, our God. For who can stand against You, Lord? Be exalted, O Lord, in Your strength as we sing and praise Your might. Great Father, we pray that You would look upon our hearts and be pleased as You accept these earnest prayers in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
I join in prayer for President Bush, the Administration, McCain, Palin and our heroes standing in harm’s way!
Lord Jesus, let there be victory for John McCain & Sarah Palin on November 4th! Let it happen, in Jesus’ Name!!! OH YES!!!!!
Be with fellow Republicans who are thinking of staying home or voting third party. God, DON’T LET THEM DO THAT!!!!! Let them realize that, for the sake and survival of our nation, they need to vote for John & Sarah! So, let them vote, Lord!!!!!
We CAN and WILL win this, Lord! YES!!!!!! Let’s be in constant prayer for our nation over these next 6 days and let us all vote for McCain & Palin! In Jesus’ Amazing Name we pray, Amen!!!!

It is a blessed thing to be teachable as a little child, but it is a much
more blessed thing when one has been taught the lesson, to carry it out to
the letter.
How many adorn their temples and decorate their priests, but refuse to
obey the word of the Lord! My soul, come not thou into their secret.

Oh, Lord, we lift up this election to you. We ask you to intervene in the affairs of this country as you have so many times before. We lift up everyone running for office and ask that you cut off the power of the wicked and let godly men and women be elected. Please expose and correct any voter fraud.
