L.A. Times Suppresses Damaging Obama Videotape
By: Jim Meyers
The Los Angeles Times is refusing to release a videotape showing Barack Obama attending an event in Chicago honoring a Palestinian activist who formerly served as a spokesman for Yasser Arafat.
The 2003 event was a farewell party for Rashid Khalidi, who was leaving the University of Chicago to take a position at Columbia University in New York.
Obama, then an Illinois state senator, lavished praise on Khalidi at the party, which was sponsored by the Arab American Action Network. So did unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers, according to Andrew C. McCarthy, contributing editor at National Review, who disclosed Khalidis link to master terrorist Arafat.
Back in April, Peter Wallsten of the Los Angeles Times wrote about the party and disclosed: The event was videotaped, and a copy of the tape was obtained by The Times.
But as the Boston Herald noted about the videotape, The Los Angeles Times refuses to release it.

No. It is a video of Rashid Khalidi’s going away part that included a bunch of other radicals as well as Obama and Ayers.

How is it that the Times obtained a copy and can suppress it? Since it’s a copy according to the article there must be other copies out there, not to mention the original.

From the article: “Back in April, Peter Wallsten of the Los Angeles Times wrote about the party and disclosed: The event was videotaped, and a copy of the tape was obtained by The Times.
The LA Times has a “copy” of the tape. Surely others are trying to obtain a copy of the tape too. Does anyone know who videotaped this event? I wonder how the LA Times obtained their copy of the tape. And if they didn’t want to release it, why did they obtain it in the first place?

Supposedly Fox news is trying to get this released! Heard on OReilly last night!

I wish that the Talkers would pick up on the connection of Ismail Khalidi. He was the one Ranting at this dinner held in Honor of his Father.
Read about Ayer's son and his friend Ismail Khalidi who is of course the son of Rashid Kahalidi. Go to the links of Chesa Boudin and Socialism. Barack Hussein Obama is the CANCER that the American people have to fight. http://www.lettersfromyoungactivists.org/
This is why we need to be concerned about Bill Ayers and his connection to Barack Hussein Obama. He and his Wife Bernardine Dorhn raised this step Son Chesa who is a Communist ACTIVIST!. Funny how you can go from community activist to being a full fledged Communist. But Americans better wake up before we elect the real Manchurian Candidate. Obamas link to Ayers and Dohrn are important to us as we will end up like Cuba or Venezuela a country that both Ayers and Chesa are really tied too. Do a Google search for this connection.
There is a chapter in the book by the son of Rashid Khalidi that again shows Why the Jewish voter should be alarmed with voting for Obama. Rashids son is Ismail Khalidi as radical as you can get. Read at Google Books his letter to his parents! This is very troubling if youre an Israel supporter.
Recent Macalester College graduate Ismail Khalidi, 22, was born to Palestinian parents in Lebanon and grew up in Chicago. His letter is to his parents and he wrote it right after the seige and bombardment of Fallujah in November 2004. "It was written in a desolate time of year--winter--miming the desolate time in our country and other countries," says Khalidi. "It's really kind of a 'sad poem,' but also a way for me to take stock of what I believe in." And what he believes in is the struggle for justice.
, Khalid writes, "I know I am never doing enough and that I have much to learn, but I know that I am still learning, and that I will find my own way to fight. I know you understand that, and that is what pushes me onward when the wind chill plummets and when lies pass for truth."
You can only assume Ismail was another classmate of Chesa and taught by Ayers,Dorhn and Obama.
Obamas Ties to anti-American friends is troubling and we need to stop his election by educating the American public.
Here is the link to a book published by Chesa and others. I can bet you that most of these activists are working for Obama or ACORN during this campaign in some stealth manner.
LETTERS FROM YOUNG ACTIVISTS Edited by Dan Berger Chesa Boudin and Kenyon Farrow

At this point other media publishing the fact that a “news” agency is intentionally suppressing this video is even more damaging.

One could make any claim they want about what is on the tape, no matter how outrageous. No one can disprove the claim until the tape is released by the Times.
Claim that Hussein is caught on tape saying that the Palestinian claims against the state of Israel cannot be fully resolved except through the creation of a Palestinian state that replaces the state of Israel and through the subsequent emigration of the Jews in the new Palestinian state to other countries. Then, and only then will the issues be resolved.
If the Times suppresses the tape until after the election, their objections can be handled by saying that it was merely electioneering and no one pays attention to such things.

I wonder who has the original?
To: saganite
They refuse to say where they got it from, but there is certainly another out there somewhere (if only the original). It is beyond reprehensible for the
Times to sit on this vital information, but we now know to expect as much from the liberal advocacy media.
I have to believe there's a way for someone to get their hands on this. Do we have any friends at the L.A. Times? Maybe at the Sports desk?

McCain should call out the LA Times about this but I doubt he will. That wouldn’t be nice.

One could make any claim they want about what is on the tape, no matter how outrageous. No one can disprove the claim until the tape is released by the Times. Which is why, having already written details about this party, the video MUST be released in order to verify that which was written, the reporter's source. There is no justifiable reason not to allow this footage to be seen, other than the Times is in the pocket of 0bama and knows full well this footage would demonstrate the lies he and his minions have been telling about Ayres, the Palestine connection re: Khalidi sinks him like a stone.

You could have a videotape of Obama using his cigarette to light the fuse on the first Trade Center bombing and these zombies would not care!!!!

Ahh, I hadn't considered that.
Bending to unrelenting pressure, the Los Angeles Times releases footage ... Then again, this won't satisfy those who will see that missing from whatever are the portions that have been written about already. I'm thinking, though, that we really need some mole to get this from the Times, or for some other news outlet to obtain this at its source.
