OBAMA'S FEDERAL REAL ESTATE TAX (redistribute the wealth)
my concern | 10/27/08

Posted on 10/27/2008 10:51:37 AM PDT by MAGICAL CHICAGO CRIME PUPPET

Once the fatted lamb of upper income earners is consummed, and it won't be long, the next lamb for slaughter will be personal property. Like all other taxes it will be said to be small and only a tax on those with a higher net worth. Make no mistake as time goes on, and it won't be long, the percentage will increase and the floor will drop.

Once the fatted lamb of upper income earners is consummed, and it won't be long, the next lamb for slaughter will be personal property. Like all other taxes it will be said to be small, and only a tax on those with a higher net worth. Make no mistake as time goes on, and it won't be long, the percentage will increase and the floor will drop. This will allow the government to grab land and private property for tax sales at pennies on the dollar. More properties will be placed on the market driving values even lower. How else could a government that owes 113,000 million dollar crates of money eliminate private ownership? Once the Federal Property Tax is established it will be hard or impossible to repeal it due to the entitlements based on it. I would hesitate to give the Marxists any ideas, but I am sure they have thought of it, they are smart enough not to talk about it. Your property will be taken for taxes and sold to foreign investors or placed in community land trusts or divided amongst those "behind you". What we need is a "Joe the property owner to ask B.O. about it!

It’s closer than you think with the Fan/Fred bailout.

Who do you think will end up owning all those “re-purchased foreclosures”?

...and the floor will drop.

Gee, I can hear that sound even now. Reminds me of the sound that trapdoor at a hanging makes -- after trials on charges of violating their Constitutional oathes of office, of course.

Also, now that oil prices have fallen, Obama might raise taxes on oil and gasoline, like Europe does, to encourage conservation and to make alternative energy sources competitive.

More than likely the tax write-off for property taxes and interest on second homes will be taken away- “it’s only fair”-

My point is, its not what Obama is saying, its what he is not saying that is my concern. He has a Pandora’s box of Marxist
ideology and taxes in store for us and we can count on it!

Everyone except the dictator and his select few. And that doesn’t mean all of the voters that are for him.
