There WERE Jews that tried to leave Germany and were refused entry into Britain, South Africa, and, if memory serves, the US.

There were even Jews that had to return to Europe BECAUSE they weren't allowed entry into another country.

That's the history. Getting your knickers in a wad over it won't change the facts.
