All are plausible scenarios if Democrat Barack Obama is elected president, according to a new addition to the campaign conversation called "Letter from 2012 in Obama's America," produced by the conservative Christian group Focus on the Family Action.
The imagined look into the future is part of an escalation in rhetoric from Christian right activists who are trying to paint Obama in the worst possible terms as the campaign heads into the final stretch and polls show the Democrat ahead.
Although hard-edge attacks are common late in campaigns, the tenor of the strikes against Obama illustrate just how worried conservative Christian activists are about what should happen to their causes and influence if Democrats seize control of both Congress and the White House.
"It looks like, walks like, talks like and smells like desperation to me," said the Rev. Kirbyjon Caldwell of Houston, an Obama supporter who backed President Bush in the past two elections. The Methodist pastor called the 2012 letter "false and ridiculous." He said it showed that some Christian conservative leaders fear that Obama's faith-based appeals to voters are working.
Like other political advocacy groups, Christian right groups often raise worries about an election's consequences to mobilize voters. In the early 1980s, for example, direct mail from the Moral Majority warned that Congress would turn a blind eye to

Europe will become a force to be reckoned with in the near future, as the Old Roman Empire is revised. Russia will nearly be destroyed in the battle of Gog and Magog when she and Iran go against the land of Israel. A United Europe will rule the world under the Antichrist. It’s unclear at this time what roll the United States will play. Perhaps an Obama administration, combined with current economic problems will create an impotent nation, or we may join the European Union? The United States will definitely be crippled by what the Church refers to as the Rapture, when millions of Christians suddenly disappear from the planet.
I have already read the book.
His Christianity must be called into question. Does he only profess Christianity or is he indeed possessed by Christ. Not everyone, even those who claim to be pastors are geniune Christians. Jesus said, “many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, and I will say depart from Me, I never knew you.” John said those who profess Christ, but do not obey Him are LIARS. I think this rightfully defines many who profess Christ today (ie the likes of Barak Obama), and others.

The movie was written “before the foundations of the world,” according to God’s Word. There is great book out by David Jeremiah (What In The World Is Going On)? Great insight from God’s Word as to what is happening in our nation and in the world today.

In a sense, John Galt is you, and me, and every productive person in this country who finally gets ENOUGH - of paying taxes only to have a corrupt politician divert them first to himself, then partly to some minority automatic voting bloc that has found that it can be given everything it needs or wants for FREE. John Galt is a person who sees the “Atlas” group (the ones who are weary of carrying the world on their shoulders), now finding that they can no longer hold honest elections because of the cynicism of the “godlike” political class, which is the worst of the “parasites” who attach themselves like a leech to the working, producing class. - So, the millions of John Galts just shrugged one day and up and QUIT, simply making just enough money to provide for himself - and maybe giving something to the old, sick and infirm, and the child in his own IMMEDIATE community and cutting out the parasites. I think one guy was found having opened his own little hamburger stand to meet real needs in his own community and to earn his living.) - I think Ayn Rand (”Atlas Shrugged”) actually wasn’t much on charity, but we who are religious and live it will always help those less fortunate than ourselves personally.
