UK: Compulsory 'lifestyle' lessons in all schools (sex, relationships, drugs, finance; ages 5-16)
The Telegraphy (U.K.) ^ | October 23, 2008 | Graeme Paton

The youngest children will get basic lessons in PSHE - personal, social and health education - as they start primary school.

They will learn about body parts, babies, differences between boys and girls, friendships and emotions, ministers said. They will also be taught to avoid medicines and dangerous substances in the home.

Jim Knight, the Schools Minister, insisted five to seven-year-olds would not be "taught sex", but teachers would address it if asked, adding they would be better trained to discuss sensitive issues when they arise.

"It is important teachers don't duck issues children are raising, particularly if they start talking about explicit sexual matters," he said.

I’m so glad my family and I moved back to America when we did.

“adding they would be better trained to discuss sensitive issues when they arise.”

Better than who, the parents? No thanks, I’ll teach my kids morality.

Don’t agree with a lot of that, but I believe a course in personal finance should be required at all public schools.

Parents should revolt by undoing everything the system is doing. Tell their kids to purposely fail “tests”, ignore the material, etc.

They are better trained because they went through the politically correct academic program to indoctrinate children. Parents go by what they know and cling to in antiquated notions of “age appropriate” activity and chastity. The Sex Positive agenda will not be stifled.
