You know, this information has been pertinent for a hundred years and the U.N. has spent a zillion dollars unnecessarily that could have been used to build sanitation facilities AND their leaders have stolen half a zillion dollars that they were not entitled to.

The U.N. was given a million dollars a few years ago by Ted Turner . . . where was that spent?

The U.N. should demand all the skimmed money back and then use it to build sanitation facilities across Africa. I have NO sympathy for these thieves.

IMO, partnerships should be on the regional and not national level because of rampant corruption. Years ago I read that something like 60% of the grant aid to Brazil goes to civil servant salaries.
