Nice. I think New Hampshire is winnable for McCain-Palin. Does any of the local NH media reach Maine’s 2nd congressional district?
It’s clear that McCain Campaign feels this election is tied. The few electoral votes from Maine or New Hampshire could obviously put him over the top, or why would he spend even 1 minute there?
Polls show him being down ~10 points here. Good luck.
If any of you plan to attend this, please remember to take your plunger!
“Polls show him being down ~10 points here. Good luck”
Which means 5-6. Does NH have divided electoral votes like Maine?
Didn’t polls have Obama up + 9 in the primaries in NH?
If he were truly down 10 points they wouldn’t schedule a stop and waste precious time. Think about it.
I agree. The campaign has done internal polling and this could be a closer race than what is being published to us.
I plan on going and also plan on being a poll worker here (work in Manchester).
I just can’t believe the number of Obama/Biden signs around here.
I also have never seen the amount of dueling ads on tv for an election. However, I lived in a red states for the last 25 years.
Didn’t Bush campaign in California late in the 2004 election? Campaigning in states looking for a long shot happens all of the time.
Especially if there is a big money donor!
Not sure. Good question.
Bush did not keep coming back to CA. McCain has now stumped in PA many times with more to come. Do you want to give up now or try to win?
Uh, the thread is about NH, and my comment was about NH. I don’t think PA was being discussed in this thread. Or maybe I don’t know even enough about east coast politics to realize that NH is the same as PA.
You can think about it if you want. I’d rather waste time.
