Who in their right mind could be waiting breathlessly for Colin Powell’s endorsement before they pick a candidate ?
If Powell picks Barry-it will be just another black man picking a black man-big surprise.
The MSM will go nuts , but, that’s how the average American will see it.
If Powell endorses McCain-he will be pilloried in the media.
Powell has a lucrative speaking tour-if he’s smart-he’ll stay mum.

McCain may want to stay hands off on Wright ( for whatever bizarre reason ),but, the surrogates should be given the green light.
