The agents were merely following up on a lead they were ordered to check out by their superiors, and of course they had to ask certain questions and probe a bit to really determine if there was anything to the allegation—I don’t fault them for it. However, Ms. Lufkin was perfectly justified in being rather obstreperous and insistent about her rights and her indignation.
If anything, I certainly would find fault with the sleazoid Obammunists who would call the Secret Service based on either a) imagining Lufkin said something that she didn’t say, or b) lying to the Secret Service about what Lufkin said in order to retaliate and cause trouble for her, waste taxpayers’ money and the agents’ time/important resources, and so forth.
