Obama Misled: He Has Pro-Abortion Litmus Test for Courts

Washington, DC -- Listening to the presidential debate, Americans might be inclined to think Barack Obama has no litmus test when it comes to the Supreme Court. Yet, Obama has made it clear in prior comments that he will not appoint any judge who doesn't agree with keeping unlimited abortions legal.

I actually thought this debate interchange might get more play than it has. McCain said he had no litmus test and said that he voted for both Breyer and Ginsburg, because both were qualified judges. Their ideology was repugnant, but McCain didn't believe he had a right to judge that.

Obama said he didn't have a litmus test either, and then went on to pretty much say that anybody looking for seat on the bench in his adminstration had better be a supporter of Roe v Wade.

This country is on it’s last gasping breath. If this socialist gets in, and it looks like he will due to some unseen power, I can’t figure it out, this country is doomed.

Our only human hope is that when he starts giving arrest orders the military and local police will tell him to shove it.
