People want to rob the treasury and stick it to the rich.
The demise of freedom and a democracy. Once people would rather vote themselves funds from the treasury than have a free nation - then a dictator moves in to help them for a time.
What a travesty to those that died to give them freedom. They sell that freedom for a government pittance.

I never ceased to be amazed at how so many so-called “independent thinkers” in the media across the country always “independently” come up with the same talking-points issues at the same time that just happen to coincide with the daily message from the Democrats.

I just got through praying that God would help us protect this democracy against the onslaught of the liberals who want God out of this nation. I don’t feel we can succeed without God’s help.
He sent us GWB to get us through 9/11 and to protect us.
He sent us a Sarah that sparked immediate excitement among the salt of the earth people in this nation.
May He send us an angel to lead us through the coming whirlwind.

This is a good point and should be one of the main focuses. Although what would really help McCain along with this is to contrast himself with Obama in terms of experience. Obama has absolutely zero experience and McCain has been there trying to reform, at least for the most part. I think when people go into the booth and realize Obama has nothing he has ever done in his life especially politics that has proven he has accomplished anything.

You're right, "architect" isn't quite the right description. Obama was one of the Clinton-era CRA footsoldiers who forced those lending practices down our throats using the court system. He'd only recently joined the ranks of the congressional-level bosses, but his agenda is clear, despite efforts to hide as much of it as possible.

Moreover the TRUE McCain legacy will be Gov. Sarah Palin.

But when you look at what is going on out there ... I’m not sure there are enough genuine Christians out there to stop what’s happening ... the upside is that maybe He will come sooner ... .
MSM has NEVER “liked” McCain unless he was “reaching across the aisle” to embrace liberal ideas and plans. . and now that he’s running against their “anointed” one, the MSM HATES McCain.
Obama’s economic plan to “entice” businesses to hire more employees with a great big $3,000 tax incentive . . . oooooh! Since it will COST businesses thousands to train and pay all the fringe benefits for a new employee, and that $3,000 is a drop in the bucket . . and given Obama’s new tax plans on the $250,000 “rich people”, unemployment will rise, and then he can further pitchfork companies and businesses for being “greedy” and “refusing” to hire new employees, then he can blame the “Bush Administration” for the first two years of his own failed administration. What then? When all else fails, blame the “eeeeeeeeevil rich people”. These Democrats are going to cause a race and class war.
