Understand the confusion. Ohio actually does not have a state flag, but rather a pendant. Very unique, but can look a little odd at times.

Thanks much. I didn’t know and I saw the same conference where the flag was only partially visible. All I saw was the “O” in that field of blue - and I saw red!
